Attended all the National Treasury Integrated Consultative Forums for engagements on the success of the mSCOA Project nationally from Consultation, Piloting, Assessments and Chart Changes.
Participated in mSCOA Reporting Reference Group and has delivered mSCOA training to over 700 Delegates, from over 30 Municipalities.
Management over 40 consultants across the 32 municipalities on the Successful Implementation of the mSCOA for CCG Systems where all municipalities went live in FY2017 and thereafter have been one of the best performing municipalities in terms of LG NT Data Portal Uploads, Reporting and Compliance.
Currently implementing mSCOA Planning, Budget & Reporting tool(s) and developing Performance Management Tools, while offering mSCOA Training, Reporting and Accounting (AFS) support. Advisory services and also engaging in Change Management workshops and alignment of Business Processes to Standard Operating Procedures and System Functionality.
