Suban has been in the field for the past 17 years and has gained extensive experience and knowledge with regard to accounting & auditing, internal auditing, forensic auditing & investigations. The majority of Suban’s work was based in the public sector, including provincial departments and municipalities. He has an expert level knowledge of the PFMA, MFMA and Treasury regulations. He is also a MSCOA advisor/specialist accredited by the National Treasury and CIGFARO, as well as extensive experience in Developing, implementing and maintaining Asset Management processes, the supply chain management system, overseeing and managing the overall compilation of GRAP & MSCOA compliant AFS, Fixed Assets Registers and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the relevant Units.
