I was part of the team that piloted mSCOA EU & National Treasury Funded Project which was rolled out nationally by Invictus between October 2015 and March 2016.

For this project, I facilitated training for Municipalities in the following districts:
• Chris Hani District – Eastern Cape
• Joe Gqabi District – Eastern Cape
• Provincial Treasury (All Districts) & Treasury Officials – Eastern Cape
• Fezile Dabi District – Free State
• Provincial Treasury (All Districts) – Northern Cape
• Cape Winelands District – Western Cape

Through my company, Lwakhula Ulwazi Consulting (LUCO), was contracted by GIZ to offer m SCOA Implementation Support Project:- Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality.

Tasks were:
• Determine progress made in the implementation of mSCOA
• Determine possible gaps experienced
• Recommend strategies to address possible gaps
• Training (Financial & Non Financial Staff, Councillors & Executives)
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Provide advisory support to the municipal budget office on the review of mSCOA aligned chart
